1 banana
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Peace River Bourbon Hot Honey
Remove the peel from the banana and slice 1/2″ thick
Set a nonstick skillet over medium high heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted add the bourbon hot honey to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Once the butter and honey mixture darkens slightly, add the sliced bananas. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and carmelized.
Enjoy as is or use to top vanilla ice cream, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, or french toast.
