2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Peace River Honey
1 can (16 oz) corn
2 oz cream cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
In a cast iron pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and honey Once melted, add the corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Cut cream cheese into the mixture, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and cook for 3-5 minutes.
