You absolutely need to try this recipe, it is one of our favourites! At the start of COVID, Costco sold a two pack of chocolate hummus. We bought some and immediately fell in love. By some, I mean we had two huge containers going at each of our houses at all times. It is like eating brownie batter, but chalked full of healthy ingredients. Game changer!
Fast forward to today, we are whipping our own chocolate hummus up at home – sweetened with only Peace River Honey of course. It is the perfect snack and it is also really good for you. Chick peas are packed full of fibre and help aid in digestion. Win win!

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup nut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp. Peace River Honey
3 tbsp. milk (can use nut milk too)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Transfer to a dish and enjoy with strawberries, pretzels, or other fruit.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
